We’re looking for a positive, motivated and reliable Daytime Support Worker to join our team, supporting young people living in shared supported accommodation.

You’ll be the friendly face during the day — helping with everything from scheduling and planning tasks and appointments, to motivating young people to develop skills and achieve their goals whilst keeping positive routines in place.
A key part of the daytime role is administration and digital recording, so you’ll need to be comfortable using computers, online systems, and basic office software (such as email and Microsoft Word). You’ll use these to record support sessions, complete handovers, update plans, and communicate with professionals.
You’ll be part of a team that celebrates progress, laughs through the occasional chaos, and genuinely cares about helping young people prepare for adulthood.
We think this role would be great for someone with a warm, curious approach and a good sense of humour who can bring calm, consistency, and a bit of creativity to each day.

Experience or understanding of autism, neurodiversity, or trauma-informed support (like PACE) is an advantage, but we’ll provide all the training and guidance you need.
We also offer Diploma L3 and above apprenticeship training

✨ Whilst this role is primarily social care and keyworking support — it may occasionally have elements of short-term personal care as can happen in any parental capacity.
