Daytime Residential Support Worker
We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a small close knit team that provides direct support to young people living in our shared supported accommodation with other young people, helping, supporting and guiding them to develop, learn and enhance key life skills in preparation for adulthood and independence.

You will need to have a compassionate and light-hearted approach to working with our young people who may have neurodivergent differences and non-neurotypical processing, learning needs and autism and trauma based behaviours. Experience or knowledge in PACE would be an advantage.
Accompaniment in the community and home visits is part of this role.
We are currently seeking permanent full-time shift staff for our homes in Northampton.
Please note: This role is for Social Care keyworking support - Personal health care is not part of this role.
